An Acknowledgment is a formal notarial service I provide to verify your identity and ensure you are signing your document willingly and knowingly. Common documents that require this act include Property Deeds (Trust, Grant, or Quitclaim), Powers of Attorney, and real estate closing Documents. While the document does not strictly need to be signed in my presence, you must personally appear before me so I can legally verify your identity and acknowledge your signature. Please note that as a Notary Public, I am legally prohibited from choosing or advising you on which certificate your document requires; please consult with your document issuer or an attorney to ensure you request the correct service (Acknowledgment vs. Jurat) prior to our appointment.

A Jurat is a formal notarial service I provide for documents that require you to swear or affirm that the contents of the statement are true. Common documents requiring a jurat include Affidavits, Depositions, and Subpoenas. For this specific act, California law strictly requires that the document must be signed in my presence, and you must take a verbal oath or affirmation before me. Please note that as a Notary Public, I am legally prohibited from choosing or advising you on which certificate your document requires; please consult with your document issuer or an attorney to ensure you request the correct service (Acknowledgment vs. Jurat) prior to our appointment.

A Copy Certification is a formal notarial service I provide to verify that a reproduction of an original document is a full, true, and accurate copy. Common documents requiring this act include diplomas, driver's licenses, leases, or business contracts. For this service, you must personally appear before me with the original document so I can visually confirm the copy's accuracy and complete the certification. Please note that under California law, Notaries Public are strictly prohibited from certifying copies of vital records (such as birth, death, or marriage certificates) or public record documents. Additionally, I cannot legally advise you on whether your document qualifies for certification; please consult with the receiving agency or an attorney to ensure this is the correct service for your needs prior to our appointment.

What areas do you serve?
We are based in Huntington Beach, and provide mobile notary services throughout costal and greater Orange County ( Including Newport Beach, Costa Mesa, Fountain Valley, Seal Beach, and surrounding areas ). We travel directly to your home, office, coffee shop, or hospital room, ect.
How much do your mobile services cost?
In California, the standard notary fee is capped at $15 per signature/signature line stamped. Because we bring the service directly to you, a travel and convenience fee is added based on the distance, time of day, and location of the signing. What do I need to have ready for my appointment?
To ensure a seamless signing, please have the following ready:
1.The complete document(s) (all pages included, with no blanks left unfilled).
2. Valid, unexpired government-issued photo identification for all signers (e.g., California Driver’s License, ID Card, or US Passport). The name on the ID must match the name on the document.
What happens if my document requires witnesses?
Some legal documents (like certain Wills or Power of Attorney forms) require independent witnesses in addition to the notary. Please check your document’s instructions. If witnesses are required, you must arrange for impartial individuals (who are not named in the document and have valid IDs) to be present at the appointment.
